Nobelus is showcasing a full range of thermal flexible packaging solutions at LOUPE Americas. The company has designed the portfolio for the digital market, including specialty finishes and structural films. 

StrataFlex METPET Thermal Pre-Lams are designed for thermal packaging converters who want to make the most of their press while still offering high-quality packaging. Because these pre-lams include a thermally activated adhesive layer, converters can now reverse print on adhesive-free films. According to Nobelus, this drastically reduces the number of material changeovers on the press and improves packaging quality due to an enhanced print surface.

EcoElement PE Thermal Sealants are all-PE structures that include a PE core between a sealant and thermal adhesive layer. Available in white and clear with barrier and non-barrier versions, these sealant films support downgauging and material savings. By reverse printing on a PE film and thermally laminating it to an EcoElement PE Thermal Sealant, converters can eliminate a layer in their packaging and increase margins.
